How do I distinguish a spider bite from a staph infection???? - staph infection on chest

My husband has pain in the chest, which it for about 6 days without improvement. It is 3 "in dialectical materialism with a big heart and warm (about the size of the quarter). It is a chat area (like a white-headed black) in the middle.
